Last year somewhere in mid December, I had gone on a family trip to Uttar Pradesh to have a glance at the beautiful Taj Mahal. While on our way to the epic monument, we had crossed Mathura. There were various shops selling different variety of food stuff but once such shop hit my eye. It was this lassi shop that was situated near the Mathura temple. The delicious lassi looked pleasing to the eyes and I couldn’t help myself but to have one glass of it. Just as the creamy liquid curd touched my dry lips I could feel a sense of calmness. It refreshed me and I couldn’t help but ask for another glass of it.
As soon as I finished having it, the shopkeeper instructed me that I should smash the glass as hard as I can. I was taken aback by his words but he insisted that everyone who drinks the lassi should smash it. So I did as he said. That one glass of lassi was worth the 30 bucks!
